Web Ring Home

Web Ring Guidelines:

This webring is for anyone, 18 years or older, who has a web site, weblog, an online journal/diary or church web site.
All member sites should have some connection to a member church in the Association of Vineyard Churches (AVC).
If the site isn't a church web site, there must be a link on the main page to either the main AVC web site, or to your own AVC member church site.
This is not a ring for porn, web graphic sites, or advertising. Nor is it a ring for sites wishing to criticise churches, Vineyard or otherwise.
You have to have the code on your page, and have it there correctly before you are added to the ring. You can use the standard coding that is sent to you, or alter it slightly - but your ring code MUST contain ALL the links that are sent when you apply.
You have 5 days from the day of submission to add the ring code to your site. Sites not showing the code or not showing the code on the submitted page after five days will be deleted from the queue and you will have to resubmit your site to join.
All submissions are reviewed by the ring master. If your site is deemed not acceptable for this ring, you will be deleted from the queue.
The ring is checked periodically for breaks. If your site comes up with a broken or missing code, you will be moved to the queue and notified. If your code isn't repaired or replaced within 5 days, you will be deleted from the queue.
You will receive your ring code after applying!

Why you must be 18 or older.

Occasionally, the content of a web log will contain subject matter that is suited for those of legal adult age. We cannot control the exact content of member sites. Publishing a blog that includes personal information about you (that "gives away" your age and possibly location) is simply not a safe thing to do, and we won't encourage it by steering traffic to your site via this ring.

If the ring master can deduce by reading your site that you are not of legal age, you will be deleted from the queue immediately.

The ring master reserves the right to refuse any site applying to the ring, for any reason.

By law, we cannot collect personal information on anyone under the age of 13. Because of this we do not allow anyone 13 or under to Join a RingSurf Net Ring, or become a Ringmaster, and thus we are forced to ask you to specify your birth date. If you are under the age of 14, you may not become a member of RingSurf. You may use the Ring Directory and use any existing ring, you just may not start a new ring, or add your web site to an existing ring.
